Channelfox provides no content of its own. The app contains no channels, movies or series and does not supply any. It only plays the user’s own playlists, which you add yourself. What you use a playlist for, and whether you are entitled to, is up to you.

Channelfox is a player for IPTV playlists on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV: live TV, movies and series from your playlist in a clear interface.

What you can do with Channelfox:

  • add your own playlist: M3U/M3U8 by address or as a file (on Apple TV by address only) or via Xtream Codes access
  • browse live TV, movies and series from your playlist separately, with search and favorites
  • show a program guide (EPG) when your playlist or source provides one
  • posters, descriptions and “popular” lists for movies and series via TMDB (see below)
  • playback with AirPlay and Picture in Picture, download movies and episodes for offline viewing (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
  • sync playlists (name and server) and favorites across your devices via iCloud; syncing credentials can be switched off
  • German and English
  • no account, no telemetry, no ads

You get a playlist from your provider or create one yourself. In Channelfox you enter the address (M3U/M3U8) or the Xtream credentials (server, user, password) in the settings under “Playlist hinzufügen” (add playlist). Without a playlist the app stays empty; Channelfox does not include any.
