#ThingsToDo (called ThingsToDo in German) is a task list for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Tasks with a due date and a note; completed tasks sit collapsed below the list. The tasks also work without a connection and are synced with your G-Tools account at the next sync.

Signing in
#ThingsToDo needs a G-Tools account. I create new accounts: just send me an email. You can sign in with your email address and password or, if set up for your account, with Microsoft.
Shared lists
If someone invites you to a list, you get an email. The invitation appears in the app as soon as you are signed in with exactly that email address. Only when you accept it do you become a member of the list and see its tasks. You can also decline an invitation and leave a list at any time.

You can delete your account or just your ThingsToDo data yourself at any time: in the app under “Account” or here on the web under Delete account (German). To protect against misuse, you always confirm the deletion with a link that I send you by email. Nothing happens without clicking the link.
